To get to the First Step Gym from Chippenham, Corsham, Box area

At the Hare and Hounds roundabout on the A4 turn into Corsham.

At the next roundabout take the second exit, down Valley road, follow this road, down the hill and over the railway bridge, after a few minutes you will come see Leafield industrial estate on your left, turn left into this estate onto Leafield Way, continue driving until you see a high industrial fence on your left. Turn right just before the building belonging to Park Lane Press (orange sign), continue straight, you will see First Step Gym immediately in front of you.

Please park anywhere in the car park and step into the gym reception. Please take a seat and the Physiotherapist will come and get you at your appointment time. Please do not touch the gym equipment whilst you wait.

To get to First Step Gym from Melksham, Neston, Whitley direction.

Take the B3353 from Melksham to Corsham, as you come into Corsham turn left along Dicketts Road, continue straight on driving into Neston. After a few minutes you will see Leafield Industrial estate on your right, turn right onto Leafield Way, continue straight, driving round a bend in the road, you will then see the building Park Lane Press on your left (orange sign),

Turn left just after the building belonging to Park Lane Press, then continue straight, you will see First Step Gym immediately in front of you.
