Pickwick Physiotherapy remains committed to providing face to face assessment and treatment to their values clients from Chippenham to Melksham and Corsham to Hullavington! We are open as normal, operating our usual opening hours at both sites, First Step Gym, Neston (which is closed to the public until 12th April) and the Porch Surgery in Corsham.
Is Pickwick Physiotherapy open for face to face?
If you are new to our Pickwick Physiotherapy team or have a new injury/ or issue, we will call you to ask for a history of your problem and check your medical history. We will then make a joint agreement to meet face to face for a hands-on assessment and treatment session.
On the day, at your appointment time, we meet you outside, you will be asked to wear a mask (we can provide you with one) we will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment and will have ensured the room is cleaned in between patients.
Can I cancel if I feel unwell?
Our priority is keeping you and our other patients safe so if you feel unwell and have any symptoms that may indicate COVID, such as cough, high temperature, loss of taste or sense of smell or other flu like symptoms, we ask you to cancel without incurring any charge. If you are asked to self-isolate, we ask all patients to cancel the appointment or we can transfer to a video appointment instead, again there will be no charge for cancellation in this instance.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can explain more fully. We continue to offer video or telephone consultations as required or preferred. We can also offer home visits to people who prefer to remain in their home at present. Call us on 01249 588008 or book online now.
