Preventing Falls – 3 exercises to stay strong
We have developed 3 exercises you can do regularly to help you stay strong and able to get off the floor if you needed to.
The aim is to push yourself, working until your muscles feel slightly shaky or burning. The exercises may be uncomfortable but if you experience sharp pain you may need to change the level you are working at or ask us for some advice personal to your needs. Ideally you would complete each of the 3 exercises at least twice, if possible 3 times. Working up to being able to add weight.
